We look forward to welcoming you to the Rolling Pines Golf Season starting on May 15th, 2020. We will be adhering to the Re-Open Saskatchewan Golf Course Guidelines. For the full list of guidelines please review pages 42-43 of the re-open plan.
For everyone's health and safety please ensure that you do not have COVID-19 related symptoms, haven't left the province within the last 14 days, and haven't come into contact with anyone that may have COVID-19. If any of these situations apply to you, please STAY HOME.
Common COVID-19 symptoms include fever, tiredness, and dry cough. Other symptoms can include aches and pains, nasal congestion, runny nose, sore throat and diarrhea.
The following COVID-19 policies and procedures will be in effect beginning May 15th, and will help give you a clear outlook on what you can expect when you are out for a round at Rolling Pines Golf.
-Social distancing of 2M/6FT is required at all times while on property. This includes parking lot, pro shop, and all areas on the course including tee boxes and greens. Common areas such as patios etc, are to remain closed.
-Clubhouse will be closed to start season, with the exception of the washrooms which are accessed through west side door. One person allowed per washroom at a time.
-You must have a pre-booked tee-time, no walk ons permitted. Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before your tee time.
-From May 15th to May 18th tee times must be paid in advance by phoning in a credit card payment or if preferred you may e-transfer. email@example.com
-Beginning May 19th tee times can be paid by debit or credit cards, please no cash!
-One person is allowed per cart, unless the occupants reside in the same household.
-No groups larger than 4 are permitted at anytime.
-Strict cleaning and disinfection of common/high touch surfaces will be done in accordance with the public health order. This will include power cart and pull cart rentals.
-No club rentals available for start of season.
-All high touch areas on the course have been removed. This includes ball washers, benches and bunker rakes.
-Flag sticks must remain in place and the cups will be adjusted to eliminate the need to contact the pin or cup.
-Please return carts to designated area after round, clean out garbage from cart and exit facility. No congregating in any area or the parking lot.
With these policies and procedures followed we can ensure a safe place to enjoy a fun game of golf, and share experiences with our friends and family.
